Terms and conditions
Firewall by Zanoshky. Effective 27 October 2026.
These terms apply to the Firewall app for Android (“the App”) and to Firewall Pro, made by Marko Zanoški (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Your license
You may install and use the App on your own devices for your own use. The App and everything in it remain ours. You may not copy, resell, rent, decompile or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
2. Firewall Pro, purchase and refunds
The App is free. Firewall Pro is an optional one time purchase through Google Play, at the price shown there. It is not a subscription. Google processes the payment, and Pro stays with your Google account, so it comes back when you install the App again. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. If you used the App before Pro existed, Pro is yours for free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
3. What a firewall can and cannot do
- The App decides on the names your apps look up. It cannot see or block an app that connects straight to an address without looking a name up, or one set to Bypass.
- Tracker lists are made by their own authors and can miss a tracker or block a name an app needs. An allow rule undoes a wrong block.
- Blocking an app, a domain or a list can stop an app or a website from working. You choose what to block, and you can change it at any time.
- While another VPN runs, Android lets only one VPN at a time, so the App stops.
The App helps you keep data on your phone, but it is not a promise that nothing ever leaves it.
4. Updates
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the App working on current Android versions, but we cannot promise it will work on every device or every future version of Android.
5. No warranty
The App is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or use, arising from the App. Our total liability for any claim about the App is limited to what you paid for Pro. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
How the App handles data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Ending
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. If you break these terms, your license ends.
